The Persons I Know
After learning in class about people in different occupations during the week, children of Sotpattana School for the Deaf could remember much better when each career, i.e. doctor, nurse, policeman, military man, trader, and farmer, was acted in role plays. Each child, including pre-school kids of the Pattaya Orphanage, became what they dreamed to be, using some toy equipment to carry out the duty. Given pocket money to buy foods from the traders, they also learned how to exchange it with goods..
