1. Children with deafness (hearing impairment).
2. Children between the ages of 3 and 9 years.
3. Either boarding or day students are accepted.
4. Open for admission throughout each academic year.

Application Requirements

(Both the applicant and his/her parent/guardian are required to be present for the application since it is necessary to conduct an evaluation of the child’s promptness.)

1. A photocopy of applicant’s birth certificate.
2. A photocopy of house registration with the applicant’s name on the page.
3. A photocopy of applicant’s ID card for PWD (The Blue Book).
4. Hearing examination record (if available).
5. Two 1-inch photos of applicant.
6. Photocopy of identity cards of applicant’s parents or guardians.
7. Photocopy of house registration of parents or guardians.
