Khao Jee
For the current colder season, Teachers Wahn, Took, and Issara led members of “Kor Oei Kor Kai” class of Level 1 in the cooking of Khao Jee, or Grilled Sticky Rice Dipped in Egg, one of the dishes that is normally prepared and enjoyed by people in rural areas during the Thai winter.. The preparation was simple and interesting.. Children excitedly took part in the different steps and had a happy time together, esp. when tasting the food they cooked.
